French-speaking personality prize for the year 2025 awarded to the president of Galatasaray Sports Club

On 3 November, the group of French-speaking Ambassadors in Türkiye awarded the French-speaking Personality prize for the year 2025 to Mr. Dursun Aydın Özbek, president of Galatasaray Sports Club.

This prize recognizes a great friend of the French-speaking world who promotes and embodies the French language within Galatasaray Sports Club, where many French-speaking athletes have played and continue to play today.

The ceremony took place in Istanbul at Galatasaray High School, from which Mr. Özbek graduated. This is the first edition of this award, which was created this year by the Francophone Ambassadors in Türkiye.
